The Conversations That Keep Coming Back

There are some people you can sit down with again and again and never run out of things to talk about.

Marilyn is one of those people.

We have talked many times about animals in rescue, animals in research, and what change looks like in both the United States and Canada.

What I appreciate about Marilyn is that she doesn’t just have a conversation and move on. She follows up. She wants to know what is changing, what is actually happening, and most importantly, what that means for the animals.

And I get that.

Because I don’t have all the answers either. But I do know that we need to keep asking questions, keep having conversations, and keep looking at what the future could look like for animals in research.

So once again, Marilyn and I sat down to talk about our love for animals, our passion for change, and what comes next.
