Defects, such as damage to the delivered Product(s), errors in the number or quantity of the delivered Product(s) or lack of quality of the delivered Product, you must notify The Beagle Alliance customer service (email@example.com) within 3 days after receipt of the Product(s). You may be required to provide photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective product. The Beagle Alliance will either provide a reprint of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer a refund for the defective Product(s).
