Boris is now being doted on by the incredible veterinary team at University Veterinary Center in Anaheim, CA. He underwent surgery and is now recovering beautifully – thanks to YOU!
- Boris had a mass removed from his mouth along with a dental procedure.
- A mass was removed from his leg, it was wrapped around the entire leg so was a much bigger surgery than expected. This was what was causing his lameness.
- Several more larger masses were removed and he had a draining tube and was on intravenous antibiotics.
He is recovering well – and now we are awaiting biopsy results in order to take next steps!
Boris is surprisingly in good spirits, he is such a good boy. Honestly if we didn’t have his paperwork, we would never suspect him to be 14 years of age. He is a SURVIVOR!
We will continue to share updates with you, in the meantime, we are still hoping to find a foster for Boris in the Southern California area – our plan is to keep him close to his medical team and our rescue partner Cage To Couch Rescue!
