Grateful to Animal Alliance of Canada

Airdrie yard becomes gateway to freedom for 14 rescued beagles

“AAC was established in 1990, and one of our most cherished programs is Project Jessie. Jessie was a dog we were too late to save from being sent to a research lab.”

“…rather than doing direct rescue, it would be more effective and more efficient to provide financial assistance to groups specializing in rescue and caring for animals in need.”

Above is the message received from @animalallianceofcanada, which precipitated a very generous $5000 donation to The Beagle Alliance for our efforts – but really our efforts were made possible by the incredible groundwork of so many, specifically the work of Liz White, Founder of the Animal Alliance of Canada.

As well, special thanks to Lia Laskaris, CEO and our personal friends Twyla Francois , Nicole Sapalovski and Dr. Olivier Berreville.

Their work and dedication speaks for itself: May Town Hall – Pet Dogs & Cats in Canadian Research
