20 Dogs, 20 Fosters, 20K

We are marking October 16th, 2026 in our calendar and we encourage you to mark yours as well.

October 16th is the day that after 4 years of asking Canadian facilities to release their dogs to us, we got a call.

And so by the end of this year, we will be placing many beagles into loving homes from a Canadian facility.

This is monumental.

It’s huge.

It’s the start of change.

And it’s pretty emotional too.

We’re going to see these dogs who were never expected. To have a home.

We’re going to see them walk on grass.

We’re going to see them play with their 1st toy.

And we’re going to see them go into families that are going to adore and love them.

This is so much of what we’ve asked for.

We are going to see them go from Lab to Love.

So if you are ready, willing, and able to foster or adopt, please apply at thebeaglealliance.org, please send us an email if you’ve already applied to adopt at thebeaglealliance.org, Ashleigh’s waiting for you.

She’s already on it.

And if that’s not the way you can support.

We’re gonna need a lot of help in terms of donations, so please, if you can.

We’re more than grateful.

This is change.

And there are so many organizations that have contributed to this change and we’re going to note them going forward, but today on Friday, October 16th, 2026 we are going to mark our calendars as the day that Canada made a change.

Dogs are getting out of a Canadian facility in a mass way, and that’s never happened before.

We are so grateful for you for trusting us, supporting us.

And making a way. For this to even happen.

Keep you posted.

Thank you,
