Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle
ATTN: Manitoba Residents - Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg has invited The Beagle Alliance to be part of their 50/50 Raffle running now!
Amy and Lori Cohen got together on the way to London, Ontario after a big rescue operation with Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary! We’re incredibly pleased to be working together as part of the Wisconsin Beagle Protection Coalition alongside Priceless Pet Rescue, Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary, SPCA International, Rise for Animals, Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, Command Canine and Keeper & Kin, and PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). Nearly all of our coalition was part of the Envigo rescue, and the team is ready and willing should there be a need for us!
If you’ve never heard the name Ridglan Farms before, you’re not alone. Amy grew up just 15 minutes from Ridglan’s facility and — like so many of us — she only learned about its existence in 2021 when a news story broke.
Ridglan Farms is currently under criminal investigation for animal cruelty. The details are still unfolding, but local authorities and passionate advocates are closely following developments.
Just recently, Dane County’s Board of Supervisors passed a powerful resolution. Here’s what happened:The county is calling on the state to revoke Ridglan’s license. This is a huge deal. There is political will and government backing.
This movement isn’t just one person, one ranch, or one rescue. It’s all of us, connecting across organizations and borders. The Beagle Alliance was invited into this coalition by their rescue partner Kindness Ranch Sanctuary – and are joined alongside Homeward Trails, Peta, Rise For Animals, SPCA International, Priceless Pets and their training partner Command Canine – Keeper and Kin Project.

Please consider speaking with your MP about animal free science. These innovative methods have already proven to be more effective for humans, less expensive - and of course would save the lives of so many animals.
