Time and money is valuable and it is so humbling to be apart of a community that loves animals so much that they are willing to part with both. To say I am grateful is an understatement. We had a wonderful time and I had the amazing opportunity to chat with a number of amazing folks that I had not met before, and to catch up with many that I had not seen in person for a long while.
Thank you all for showing up and thank you all for buying supporter tickets because you couldn’t show up. Thank you to all who donated prizes and to all who donated to win prizes.
Thank you to the Manitoba based Ian and Rochelle Laing Family Foundation, who most recently donated over $2000 to The Beagle Alliance and to Executive Director Jasmine Allen for attending the event, as well to Vincenzo Adamo, who held an earlier event in order to attend and donate $500.
There is no one act that is too small, but all kind acts that contribute to the coming together of a community and the making of change for the better.
In deepest gratitude and with high hopes for the dogs we intend to rescue and the change we intend to make,
Lori Cohen
Executive Director
The Beagle Alliance
